Shipping & Return Policy

* Since the pandemic began,there have been major unprecedented delays on wig/bundle shipments from overseas.Please prepare with this in mind that delays MAY happen and are very random.Please plan ahead.

For bundle pre-orders please allow 4-5days at the latest for wig to be sent to us from our vendor before you receive a tracking number. Please refrain from asking for tracking numbers until the given dates has passed for the bundles to be delivered to us.

After the bundles has been delivered to us the order will be inspected washed / dried and sent out within 1-2 says. All shipping is 1-3days please exclude weekends and holidays.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE

 1-7 day processing time estimate excluding weekends & holidays.

Additonal 3-4 days if using klarna / sezzle.

I SHAMPOO / DRY ALL BUNDLES 1-2 days from when I receive the hair.

For all pre-order bundles please allow at the latest 4-5 days for hair to be shipped to me.

Orders after being delivered to me are sent out the next day to the post office. Packages will be delivered to you within 1-3 days excluding weekdays and holidays.

 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS ON USPS/UPS SHIPPING.

Cancellation Policy

We only will cancel the order if it has NOT been shipped.If it is in transit/shipped, or delivered it cannot be canceled. Cancelations are not always possible, if you reach us after the time period we can cancel the order you may return the package to us in its or original condition once it’s delivered for partial a credit refund (does not included original shipping cost). Custom Items such as wigs / bundles cannot be canceled.
